We are an experienced home inspection company licensed in the state of Connecticut. We provide thorough home inspections as well as radon testing & well water testing. We understand buying a home can be stressful so we will take our time and answer any questions you may have to help you feel as comfortable as possible throughout the inspection process. We work strictly for you the buyer and we will give you all the information you will need to make an informed decision before purchasing the home.

How Long Does It Take?

The home inspection typically takes 2 to 3 hours depending on the size of the property. We thoroughly inspect all major aspects of the home.

During the inspection

We encourage you to follow along so we can point out to you any deficiencies we may find and also explain to you how the home should be maintained and how things function. We take our time and make sure every accessible area of the home is thoroughly inspected. If for any reason you can’t be present at the time of the inspection, we can schedule a time to speak with you by phone and answer any questions.

Our Reports

The reports come with many pictures and with arrows pointing to deficiencies that were found and fully explained in the report so you can understand what we are referring to. The reports are easy to read and explain exactly what we discussed during the inspection. Any major concerns are also listed on a separate page at the end of the report so you can find them easily. Reports are e-mailed to you usually within 24 hours of your inspection.
